If you want it to be strong, you need to exercise.

        Everybody knows that.

But do you know that your heart is a muscle, too? Just like your other muscles, to keep your heart strong you need to exercise it, too?

But how can you exercise your heart?

It's easy! You exercise your heart by being active in a way that gets you huffing and puffing. Jumping rope, dancing, running or playing basketball can do the trick.

Try to be active every day... and move FAST some of the time. It will do your heart good!
